We specialize in streamlined processes, flawless logistics, and competitive pricing for both virtual and in-person events. We have bilingual staff who can assist in Mexico, South America and other regions throughout the world. Our client experience ranges across industries including finance, legal services, medical education, advertising, and consumer products.

PATRICE MELLUSO, CMP

MANAGING DIRECTOR

My vision is building a concierge style meetings and events company where I leverage my network and experience to create an interactive and engaging event personalized to each client’s unique needs.
Patrice began her career over 20 years ago in the hospitality industry, developing an in-depth industry knowledge and growing her network of insider connections. As a Conference Planning Manager, she combined her detail-oriented professionalism with her passion for travel and began planning and producing over 100 meetings annually for Fortune 500 companies.

Patrice’s passion for meeting and event planning and eye for detail have translated into hundreds of successful client programs with budgets into the multi-million dollar range. A true expert in her field, Patrice leads the AVID Vision Team with her extensive knowledge of budget creation and management, audiovisual, menu development, specials events, marketing materials, project management, onsite staff management, and much more.

PAOLA BRIONES

INTERNATIONAL MEETING MANAGER

My vision is to continue to bring others together to engage, interact, and learn both virtually and in person.
With over 20 years of event management experience, Paola Briones works with clients to produce corporate meetings and events of all sizes in the US, Europe, and South America. Paola has experience in different types of events such as medical and association meetings, fundraising, and executive board meetings. She most recently has been working on several international virtual platform events and meetings and has served as a technical planner. Paola’s outstanding organizational skills, problem solving, and attention to details have proven success over and over again. She is capable of handling all different types of jobs which include project management, onsite management support, staff management, speaker management, transportation leader, and many other roles. Her ability to problem-solve, strategize, and provide exceptional customer service has proven success as her clients come back for repeat projects.

KIM CARRERA

PROJECT COORDINATOR

My vision is to bring my expertise in behavioral psychology and neuroscience into the design and execution of events that engage and excite our audience.
Kim began her career in the restaurant management industry where her client service skills prepared her for projects in the pharmaceutical industry. After transitioning into healthcare communication, Kim’s experience extended to promotional symposia, speaker trainings, broadcasts, speaker bureaus, and the launch of a yearly conference.

With a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology, Kim uses her insight of operational management as well as her research experience in a behavioral leadership study at Montclair State University to maximum effect in meeting recruitment and engagement.

NIKKI WILLIAMS DIETRICH

CHIEF PROGRAM MANAGER 

MY VISION IS TO ENSURE EVERY PROJECT IS CONSIDERED ONE-OF-A-KIND TO MEET THE NEEDS AND DESIRES OF EACH CLIENT AND MAKE SURE IT IS PRODUCED WITH CREATIVITY, EFFICIENCY AND PROFESSIONALISM.

With deep experience and problem-solving acumen, Nikki is a pro’s pro at creating in-person, virtual and hybrid events for small to huge audiences for global and US-based corporate and non-profit audiences. With a laser-like focus on content, Nikki prides herself on designing and implementing solutions that work. Previous positions bearing end-to-end responsibility for every aspect of event management, from planning through implementation and follow up, have demonstrated Nikki’s capacity to keep her eye on the big picture while at the same time tending to every tiny detail.

ALMA GONZALEZ

MANAGER, MEETINGS & EVENTS

My vision is always thinking ten steps ahead to ensure an exceptional event experience where everyone can come together to grow their personal knowledge and professional network.
Alma brings extensive knowledge of planning meetings and events in both the corporate and medical markets. She began her career working in top Fortune 500 companies on Wall Street where she planned and executed high-end corporate events from large-scale training meetings for newly-licensed stock brokers to incentive travel programs for top-tier sales staff and their spouses. Alma also has experience working with corporate sponsorship events at major sporting events like the US Open.

After leaving Wall Street, Alma branched out to other fields including planning medical meetings for top pharmaceutical companies including dinner meetings, advisory board meetings, and speaker training programs.

TAMMY HOLZER

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

My vision is growing a community of connected relationships, bringing together clients and coworkers, to create memorable events – and to have fun in the process!
Tammy brings comprehensive knowledge in all areas of meeting management, spanning sales, operations, corporate events, and entertainment management. With a sterling track record of sourcing over 100 pharmaceutical meetings per year and managing onsite logistics for all types of Fortune 500 events worldwide, Tammy uses her passion for building relationships with clients to understand their strategic business objectives and then bring them to life on time and under budget. Her passion, experience, and excellent communication skills ensure an exceptional level of customer satisfaction for each and every event.

MADISON KILLE

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

My vision is to seamlessly overdeliver on strategic objectives with cutting-edge technology, engagement, and authenticity, always striving to delight participants and bring value to the brand.
After a career in medical education and pharma, Madison recognized the opportunity in the technical space and shifted into biomedical technology. From pioneering real-time surgical injection simulations to immersive virtual reality programs bringing awareness to rare diseases, Madison uses her experience at a medical technology start-up to create interactive digital experiences that unite brand strategy with authentic human engagement and connection.

Combining her out-of-the-box problem solving, eye for detail, and passion for client service, Madison creatively translates client objectives into actionable plans with an end result that exceeds expectations.
